Mr. and Mrs. Brett Giaconia

— Diana Jane Cook and Brett Stephan Giaconia were married at Congress Park, Saratoga Springs, on July 6, 2012, by the Rev. Terrance O'Neil.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. Dean Cook of Ticonderoga and Susan Cook of Port Henry.

The bridegroom is the son of Timothy and Narda Giaconia of Broadalbin.

Maid of Honor was Juliet Cook of Ticonderoga. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Giaconia of Broadalbin and Tara Hill and Nicole George, both of Burlington,Vt.

Best man was Ryan Giaconia of Broadalbin. Ushers were Alex Giaconia of Broadalbin and Chad Egan of Mayfield.

A reception took place at the Canfield Casino in Saratoga Springs.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Ticonderoga Central School and a 2007 graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh. She is a 2009 graduate of Walden University where she received her master’s degree in education.

The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Broadalbin-Perth Central School. He is a 2006 graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh and is currently a member of the 109th Airlift Wing at Stratton Air Force Base.

A wedding trip took place to St. Lucia.

The couple currently resides in Broadalbin.
