    A LINE OF SNOW SQUALLS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL
    SECTIONS OF VERMONT THROUGH MIDDAY. THE AREAS MOST LIKELY IMPACTED
    WILL BE ORLEANS...LAMOILLE...WASHINGTON...ADDISON...ORANGE...
    CALEDONIA...AND ESSEX COUNTIES OF VERMONT. EXPECT A DUSTING TO AN
    INCH OF SNOW IN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND VISIBILITIES NEAR
    ZERO. FOLLOWING THE SNOW SQUALLS WILL BE GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS AND
    FALLING TEMPERATURES. THESE ELEMENTS WILL HAVE AN IMPACT ON
    TRAVEL. ELSEWHERE...SCATTERED SNOW SQUALLS WILL MOVE ACROSS
    CLINTON COUNTY NEW YORK AS WELL AS RUTLAND AND WINDSOR COUNTIES OF
    VERMONT WITH A QUICK BURST OF SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES
    EXPECTED WITH THE SNOW SQUALLS.
